Don Buggeln, CCIM has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate industry. Don started their career in 1991 at Kern Realty Services as a Financial Analyst and Assistant Property/Asset Manager. From 1995 to 2002, they worked at Trammell Crow/Faison as the Director of Development, focusing on site selection for Lowe's home improvement warehouses and assisting the Partner in Kroger grocery anchored neighborhood shopping centers. Don then joined Noro Capital Development as the Director of Retail Development from 2002 to 2005, where they continued working on site selection for Lowe's and Kroger projects, as well as conducting feasibility and return analysis. In 2005, Don started their own company, Buggeln Consulting, where they worked as a Broker/Consultant. From 2009 to 2017, they became a Franchisee Owner at Equitax Property Tax Advisors. Don was then employed at Hendon Properties as the Director of Acquisitions from 2017 to 2020, where unfortunately they were laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Don works at Robertson Loia Roof, PC as part of the Business Development team since 2023.
Don Buggeln, CCIM, has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from The University of Georgia. Don also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Brenau University. Don graduated from Parsippany High School in Parsippany, NJ. In terms of additional certifications, they are an Argus Enterprise Certified professional from ARGUS Software Solutions, obtained in 2020. Don is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, achieved in November 1995. Don is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser and a Real Estate Broker, both recognized by the State of Georgia.
