Pat Henahan, ACC has over 20 years of experience in various finance and leadership roles in companies such as Robertson Lowstuter, Inc., Envigo, Hospira, AstraZeneca, MedImmune, and Eli Lilly. Pat has also served as a Captain in the United States Army, providing combat medical support during the first Gulf War. Pat'sexpertise includes executive coaching, career transition, team building, and financial management, with notable achievements such as leading Envigo in an SPAC transaction, delivering double-digit constant currency profit growth, and gaining orphan drug designation for Evista®. Currently, they work as a career coach for Notre Dame alumni.

Pat Henahan, ACC received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Notre Dame in 1990. In 2002, they obtained their MBA from The Wharton School. Pat has also received several certifications including Hogan Certified from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2022, Leadership Circle Profile from The Leadership Circle in 2021, EQ-i 2.0 & EQ360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2020, Governance Fellow from NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) in 2018, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in May 2021.
