Kelleigh Neal Moyer, PMP, has extensive experience in strategy, digital services, project management, and ecommerce. Kelleigh began their career at Roanoke City Public Schools, where they served as the Coordinator of Grants and Research. Kelleigh then moved on to Roanoke College as the Director of Research and Proposal Writing, where they successfully secured funding for the college through grant proposals.

After that, Kelleigh worked at Sipos Marketing Services as an Advertising Assistant, developing advertising and marketing materials for clients. Kelleigh then joined Media General as a Senior Account Executive for Virginia Business, where they exceeded sales goals and managed a territory covering Western Virginia.

Kelleigh later became the General Manager of the Interactive Division at Media General, where they were responsible for the development, content, and revenue generation for newspaper and broadcast websites. Their leadership resulted in significant audience and revenue growth.

Kelleigh then joined Landmark Communications as the Online Sales Manager for Roanoke.com, where they restructured the sales department and trained the sales force on consultative selling.

Kelleigh's career then took their to Robertson Marketing, where they held various roles, including Consultant, IT Project Manager, Director of the Project Management Office, and Director of Ecommerce. In these positions, they managed projects, implemented strategies to enhance online operations, and built and managed a project management office.

Kelleigh Neal Moyer, PMP has a Bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 1982 to 1984. After a gap, they furthered their education by pursuing a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration from Averett University. Kelleigh completed their MBA from 2008 to 2010. In July 2014, Kelleigh obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
