Dan Lau

Dan graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance. He began his insurance career 2005 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at West Bend Mutual Insurance Company. To further strengthen his industry experience in 2006 he completed his Associate in Underwriting (AU) and Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designations.

In 2011 Dan joined Liberty Mutual Insurance where he was the Territory Manager for Wisconsin. In this role he managed agency relationships, appointed and cancelled agency contracts and was active in presentations for both renewals and service. As a believer in making a positive impact, Dan served on various committees to improve company efficiencies. Dan started with Robertson Ryan & Associates in 2014 managing commercial insurance placement and is part of the leadership team.

Dan resides in Waukesha with his wife Lindsay and their two children. He is Vice President of his neighborhood association, Co-Chair on the Volley Against Violence annual fundraiser and a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
