M.D. Mahbub Hasan

Md. Mahbub Hasan has over 14 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the General Manager of Prepaid Charging and Recharge Operations at Robi Axiata Limited since June 2009. In this role, responsibilities include the operation, maintenance, and delivery of services related to prepaid charging systems and electronic voucher recharge systems for over 20 million subscribers, ensuring high quality, network security, and optimized resource utilization. Md. Mahbub Hasan previously held positions as GM of IN&VAS within the technology department and as Manager of IN Operation, where responsibilities included the management of prepaid system operations to maximize service availability. Earlier in the career, Md. Mahbub Hasan worked as an Engineer in VAS at TMIB, focusing on the implementation and maintenance of VAS nodes. Md. Mahbub Hasan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BUET, completed in 2005, along with a Secondary and Higher Secondary Certificate in Science from Dhaka College.
