Sara Katz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sara began their career in 2009 as an Assistant Volunteer Coordinator for Bloomberg for Mayor 2009, managing volunteer recruitment and overseeing daily operations. In 2010, they served as a Legal Intern for the New York City Office of Counselor to Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, conducting research on state laws and policy matters.

From 2011 to 2013, Sara worked as an Agency Attorney for the NYC Administration for Children's Services, representing the City of New York in child abuse and neglect cases. Sara managed up to 100 open cases at a time and prepared for permanency hearings and child welfare proceedings.

Sara then founded their own general law practice, the Law Office of Sara G. Katz, in 2013. Sara represented clients on various cases, including real estate, debt collection defense, complex divorces, bankruptcy, and adoptions. Sara managed a team and handled up to 100 open cases at a time.

In 2018, Sara joined the Columbus College of Art & Design as an Adjunct Instructor, teaching business and entrepreneurship to Design Arts students. Sara also worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel for the Ohio Department of Education, specializing in data privacy, contracts, and regulatory compliance. Sara supported multiple teams within the department and drafted and negotiated technology-based contracts.

Sara then joined Walter | Haverfield in 2021 as an Associate, where they advised school districts in Ohio on legal matters, including board resolutions, agreements, compliance, and investigations, as well as employee rights and benefits. Sara also handled civil litigation matters.

In 2022, Sara worked at Amobee, which was later acquired by Tremor International Ltd. Sara served as an Interim General Counsel and later as a Corporate Counsel. Sara then became a Corporate Counsel at Tremor International Ltd., where they worked until 2023.

Currently, Sara holds the position of Senior Legal and Product Specialist at Robin AI, starting in May 2023.

Sara Katz completed their high school education at Freehold Township High School. Sara then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Rutgers University, graduating in 2007. Sara later attended New York Law School from 2008 to 2011, earning a JD (Juris Doctor) degree.
