Program Officer, Early Childhood & Health at Robin Hood Foundation

Adena Hernandez is a Program Officer at the Robin Hood Foundation, where they manage a portfolio of more than 20 health partners including large hospital networks, government agencies, and community-based organizations.

In addition, Adena identifies the most innovative or effective interventions and organizations in the field with an eye towards sustainability and scale. Adena rigorously evaluates potential partners based on Robin Hood’s disciplined methodology for judging potential performance and impact of its program grants.

Adena Hernandez has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in the field of socio-medical sciences. Adena also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in biology from Williams College and a certificate in global health from the School for International Training.
