Ashley Smith

Ashley Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and program management. Currently serving as a Senior University Program Manager at Robinhood since June 2019, Ashley has successfully led the execution of summer internship programs, managing 85 interns in 2025 and aligning them with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at Robinhood, where responsibilities included scheduling interviews, organizing recruitment events, and maintaining detailed candidate tracking systems. Previous experience at ADP as a Recruiting Specialist involved proactive interview scheduling and the development of standard operating procedures to enhance departmental efficiency. Additionally, roles at Edward Jones, Universal Studios, and Diamond Resorts™ provided a strong foundation in customer service, event planning, and administrative support. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
