David Cafaro

David Cafaro is a technology executive leader specializing in cybersecurity, engineering, and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Security Risk and Resilience at Robinhood, David previously held the position of Global Director IT Security Solutions at Covington & Burling LLP, where they established a new department and developed a centralized Identity and Access Management team. With an educational background that includes a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University, David has built a strong foundation in information security and technology innovation, while actively engaging in community initiatives such as BSides Security conferences.
