Dev Tagare

Dev Tagare currently serves as the Head of AI, ML, Data, and Storage at Robinhood, leading initiatives to leverage machine learning and Agentic AI for financial products and operational efficiencies. Prior to this role, Dev was the Head of Infrastructure Engineering at Anthropic, overseeing various teams focused on core infrastructure and scalability. Dev's experience includes leadership positions at Lyft, where Dev managed Marketplace Engineering efforts, as well as roles at The Apache Software Foundation and Twitter, specializing in big data and streaming platforms. Dev's technical expertise was developed further at Oracle and DataTorrent, focusing on distributed architectures and streaming big data systems. Dev holds a Chief Technology Officer Program degree from The Wharton School, a Master of Science in Computer Science from Pune University, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fergusson College.
