Divya Kaur

Divya Kaur is an accomplished Director of Quality Engineering at Robinhood, with a career spanning over a decade in quality assurance and engineering leadership. At Robinhood, Divya is responsible for setting the long-term vision and strategy for quality assurance, implementing AI innovations in test automation, and transforming a manual QA team into an automation-first test engineering team. Prior to Robinhood, Divya held positions at Credit Karma, where quality strategies across multiple product verticals were established, and Credible, where Divya launched and developed a QA practice from the ground up. Earlier experiences include roles at Undertone, Macys.com, Wells Fargo, and Space Time Insight, featuring management of offshore teams, agile process implementation, and extensive collaboration with product and development teams. Divya holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
