Edson Vargas

Edson Vargas has a diverse professional background in customer experience and communication, with current roles at Robinhood as a Brokerage Communications Specialist, Clearing Communications Associate, Registered Customer Experience Representative, and Customer Experience Associate since May 2021. Prior to joining Robinhood, Edson worked as an Operations Associate at Charles Schwab from October 2020 to April 2021 and served as a Shift Manager at DUO58 from September 2019 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes a position as a Content Writer & Editor at Miami SEO & Web from January 2017 to October 2018. Edson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated General Studies from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism from Miami Dade College.
