Eric Hains is a compliance executive with extensive experience in the financial services markets, specializing in broker/dealer, vendor, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as the Head of Surveillance at Robinhood, Eric previously held the position of Director of Surveillance at TD Ameritrade from 2015 to 2021, where they were responsible for AML and trade surveillance monitoring. Prior to that, they led SMARTS Trade Surveillance Sales for the Americas at Nasdaq from 2011 to 2015 and served as Director of Compliance at Citi Global Markets from 2001 to 2010. They also had a role as Managing Partner at Compliance Consulting from 2010 to 2011. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College.
