Mack McCain

Mack McCain currently serves as the Chief of Staff and Associate General Counsel for Regulatory at Robinhood, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mack was the General Counsel and Head of Legal at Arta Finance from February 2022 to October 2023, following a tenure at Robinhood from October 2019 to February 2022 as Associate General Counsel, Regulatory and Principal Broker-Dealer Counsel. Mack's earlier experience includes positions at Charles Schwab as Director of Legal Counsel for both Digital Services and Advisor Services, as well as a Senior Manager in Legal Counsel, and a role as Counsel at Scottrade from August 2011 to February 2016. Mack holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California.
