Nicholas Lin

Nicholas Lin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and regulatory enforcement. Currently serving as Head of Litigation and Associate General Counsel at Robinhood since December 2019, Nicholas previously held the position of Assistant General Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement & Investigations at the same company. Prior to Robinhood, Nicholas was Vice President and In-House Counsel at Morgan Stanley from August 2017 to November 2019. Nicholas began the legal career at Latham & Watkins as an Associate from October 2010 to July 2017 and also gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Jerome Farris at the United States Courts for the Ninth Circuit from September 2009 to August 2010. Nicholas earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006.
