Sam Carter is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management and operations within the derivatives market. Currently serving as the Options Operations Lead at Robinhood since March 2022, Sam previously held the position of Business Analyst for Margin at OCC - The Options Clearing Corporation from December 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Margin Risk Specialist and Margin Risk Specialist at TD Ameritrade from November 2015 to December 2019, where firm risk in Equity, Equity Options, and Futures derivatives was actively managed. Sam began a career in finance as a Broker Assistant at Commonwealth Financial Network from June 2014 to November 2015, assisting in investment decisions and market monitoring.
