Shawn S. is a seasoned professional in threat and risk management, currently serving as the Threat and Risk Management Director at Robinhood since October 2020, after holding various senior management positions focused on threat assessment and protective intelligence. Prior to Robinhood, Shawn S. worked at American Family Insurance as the Threat Intelligence and Investigations Manager, and previously managed the Global Security Operations Center. Experience further includes a role as a Senior Associate at PwC, specializing in global intelligence and strategic threat management, and an analyst position at the Defense Intelligence Agency. Early career includes contributions to the International Rescue Committee and internships with the Jordanian Ministry of Social Development and Ascend Alliance. Shawn S. holds a Master of Science in Foreign Service in International Relations and Security from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on the Middle East and Arabic from the University of Utah.
