Shira Solomon

Shira Solomon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Business Operations Program Manager at Robinhood since June 2021, Shira has previously held significant roles, including Head of Business Operations at Thatch, where operational processes were optimized for travel planning services, and Strategy & Operations Program Manager at Verily, focusing on enhancing execution and transparency across a diverse project portfolio. Notably, Shira partnered with Verily’s CEO to advance Google’s Life Sciences division. Earlier career experiences include serving as an Account Strategist at Google and as a Complaint Counselor Intern at the ACLU of Eastern Missouri. Shira is pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and holds a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, along with foundational education from King's College London and Greensboro Day School.
