Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational management and human resources. Currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CFO at Robinhood since October 2020, Taylor has also held various roles focused on talent, performance, and people strategy. Prior to Robinhood, Taylor was a People and Operations Business Partner and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Mapbox from September 2019 to October 2020. Taylor's career includes significant positions at Gartner from 2015 to 2019, including Senior Principal in Research & Advisory and Senior Research Analyst. Early experiences include roles at Aerofil Technology Inc. and the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egypt. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, with a focus on International Development and Consulting.
