Abigail Normandeau has extensive experience in customer success and sales development within the technology and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and previously as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Robin since March 2018, Abigail focuses on empowering organizations to effectively manage hybrid work environments. Prior to Robin, Abigail held various sales roles at Harvard Bioscience from November 2016 to March 2018, where responsibilities included product knowledge articulation and collaboration across departments to boost sales. Earlier experience includes an Outside Sales Internship at MWI Animal Health from June 2015 to October 2016, contributing to customer relations and account analysis. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources with a focus on Animal Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
