Becca Harrison, MBA, has extensive experience in customer success and operations within the sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Robin since January 2022. Prior to this role, Becca held positions as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Robin and Senior Advisor at IA. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Client Operations at INFLCR, which was acquired by Teamworks, where Becca also worked for five years in various roles including Manager of Product Success - Collegiate and Account Manager. Becca began the professional career at Purdue University as an Athletics Compliance Graduate Assistant and gained experience with the NCAA as part of the Eligibility Center.
