David Marder

David Marder serves as Of Counsel and previously as Partner at Robins Kaplan LLP since July 2001. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Trial Counsel at the US Securities and Exchange Commission from January 1997 to July 2001, where Marder led high-profile securities fraud and insider trading trials. Earlier, Marder was a Junior Partner at Hale and Dorr LLP, focusing on complex business dispute litigation from September 1988 to December 1996. Marder holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Dartmouth College. Education also includes attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy and the American Community School.
