Robins Kaplan
Jill Bigelow-Rossing has extensive experience in technology support and operations, currently serving as a Tech Support Specialist at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. since October 2003. In this role, Jill manages the New Hire process, acts as the Legal MacPac Administrator and TrackIt! Administrator, and oversees process design changes and improvements within the IT group. Previous positions include Service Desk Technician at Benchmark Learning, where Jill assisted students with software inquiries, and Courseware Manager at MindSharp/Benchmark Learning, responsible for managing course materials. Jill has also held roles as Operations Assistant at Arrow Electronics and Brechet & Richter Company, where responsibilities included office operations and regulatory compliance. Additional experience as a performer and coach in improvisational theatre highlights Jill's diverse skill set. Jill is an alumnus of North Hennepin Community College, with previous studies at the University of Minnesota and Robbinsdale Armstrong High School.
