David Devine

David Devine has extensive experience in the field of air traffic control. David is currently employed by Robinson Aviation (RVA), Inc. as an Air Traffic Controller. Prior to this, they worked for UFA, Inc. as an Air Traffic Control Specialist from December 2020 to January 2021. Before that, they were an Air Traffic Controller at DynCorp International from August 2020 to November 2020. From January 2017 to September 2019, David worked as an Air Traffic Control Supervisor at DynCorp International. David began their career in air traffic control with the US Army in June 2007 and served until December 2016. During their time in the army, they gained experience in various air traffic control operations in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Forward Operating Base Shank.

David Devine obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Florida Technical College from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they attended Mulberry High School from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a High School degree in General Studies. In 2008, David enrolled in Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and pursued a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics. It is unclear when they completed this degree, as there is no end year provided.

In terms of additional certifications, David obtained a Control Tower Operator certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2014. David had previously acquired the same certification in September 2009 and May 2009.
