Michael Masuch has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Michael has held several managerial roles in renowned companies such as ROBINSON Club, TUI Deutschland GmbH, BlueSky Media, and TUI. Their most recent position was as the Head of E-Commerce for TUI Hotelbrands / M3 at ROBINSON Club, where they led a team of over 30 people, implemented online strategies, and drove innovations in areas such as personalization and marketing attribution. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Digital Commerce for ROBINSON & TUI MAGIC LIFE at TUI Deutschland GmbH, where they were responsible for developing innovative features and sales formats. Michael also established the social media function and department at TUI Deutschland, where they devised content and channel strategies. Before joining TUI Deutschland, Michael served as the Managing Director at BlueSky Media, a media agency, where they provided strategy consulting and realized online marketing strategies. Prior to that, they held senior managerial roles inhouse consulting and source market strategy central Europe at TUI, where they worked on various strategic projects in online, marketing, and corporate development.
Michael Masuch attended PFH Private Hochschule Göttingen from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Betriebswirtschaft. Before that, from 1996 to 1999, they studied Reiseverkehrsgeographie at FIRST Reisebüro and earned the degree of Reiseverkehrskaufmann.
