Monalisa Roy

Monalisa Roy has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Monalisa worked at Robinson Club GmbH as the Director of Administrative Operations and previously as the Director of Human Resources. Monalisa also served as the Human Resources Manager for Robinson Club Maldives, The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Maldives, and Hulhule Island Hotel. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Manager at Trident Nariman Point, where they focused on guest satisfaction and property maintenance.

Monalisa Roy has a diverse education history. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Managing Hospitality Human Resources from AHLEI. From 2009 to 2011, they attended The Oberoi Centre of Learning & Development, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. Monalisa completed their secondary education with a 12th grade degree from Pratt Memorial School. Apart from their formal education, Monalisa has also obtained several certifications in various fields from LinkedIn, including Leadership Communications, Accounting Foundations, Executive Influence, Hiring and Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace, Performance Management, Power BI Essential Training, Protecting Profitability by Reducing Financial Risk, Strategic Human Resources, and Time Management Fundamentals.
