Jim Merrifield

Jim Merrifield, IGP, CIGO, serves as the Director of Information Governance & Business Intake at Robinson+Cole since January 2015, where strategic direction is provided to the Information Governance Department. Merrifield also holds the position of Information Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager at InfoGov Hot Seat, a podcast with nearly 15,000 subscribers, where engaging discussions on information governance are facilitated. Previous roles include Co-founder and Vice President at Information Coalition, Director of Information Governance at FileTrail, and President and CEO of Edward Allen Group. Merrifield's foundational experience includes records management at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP and an internship focused on records and information management.
