Michele Maresca

Michele Maresca is a Partner at Robinson+Cole, where a diverse real estate practice encompasses the representation of developers, borrowers, and lenders in various transactions, including financings, dispositions, acquisitions, and development agreements. Michele's approach to practice is broadly-based, focusing on synthesizing mutual objectives among multiple parties. Previous roles at Robinson+Cole include Counsel, Associate, and Summer Associate, with additional experience as a Senior Planner/Land Use Analyst at the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission, and various positions in academia and governmental support. Michele holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College, a J.D. from Vermont Law and Graduate School, and an M.S. in Natural Resource Planning from the University of Vermont, graduating magna cum laude and cum laude respectively.
