William Stoll’s practice is focused on representing clients in the construction industry. Will’s experience includes representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, and Will recently represented a large coastal resort against a former general contractor following a dispute that resulted in the termination of construction prior to completion. He also successfully represented the resort’s related breach of contract claims against third-party insurers in the same matter. He has assisted on large document review projects, including both as a first-level reviewer for responsiveness and privilege and as part of the privilege logging team on multi-district litigation.
Will’s background also includes representation of several pro bono clients, covering topics such as death penalty appellate litigation and inmate claims alleging prisoner abuse. He is a member of the firm’s Construction Law Group.
