Tom Horton is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system administration, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as a System Administrator at Robinson Innovations since February 2017, Tom has previously held roles including Technical Support Representative at Cartika Inc and Junior System Analyst at the Treasury Board Secretariat - Government of Ontario. Tom’s foundational experience as a Doorman at Kingston Hub Group provided skills in customer interaction and conflict resolution. Tom holds an education from St. Lawrence College, completed between 2012 and 2015, and attended La Salle Secondary School from 2002 to 2007.
