Vincent Masangkay

Vincent Masangkay is the Vice President of the IT Security Operations Division Head at Robinsons Bank Corporation since March 2012. Vincent previously worked at EastWest Bank as a Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager and at Premiere Development Bank as the IT Security Unit Head. Vincent is currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity: Managing Risk in the Information Age at Harvard University.
