Wilgrace Rodolfo (She)

Wilgrace Rodolfo is a Registered and Licensed Architect and currently serves as Design and Planning Manager at Robinsons Land Corporation. Since joining the company in January 2021, she has risen from Mall Architect to her current managerial role through consistent performance in retail development, project execution, and facilities planning. She has led major projects including Robinsons Pagadian, Robinsons Cagayan de Oro, Robinsons Iligan, and Robinsons Dumaguete, overseeing the full project lifecycle—from concept planning, property management, and CAPEX proposals to site execution and tenant fit-outs.

With almost over a decade of professional experience, Wilgrace brings strong expertise in project and property management, construction supervision, CAPEX planning, and multi-disciplinary coordination. She ensures that each project complies with corporate standards, government regulations, and high-quality design and operational benchmarks.

Prior to her work at Robinsons Land, she held technical and leadership roles including Project In-Charge at Bradphil Inc., Site Architect at RDSM Builders, Inc., Resident Architect at Landreal Corp., and Bid In-Charge and Site Inspector at RD Galua Associates. She also works independently as a Freelance Architect and Bid Consultant, especially for government and institutional projects across Mindanao and the Visayas.

Wilgrace earned her Master’s Degree in Management major in Environmental Planning from Philippine Christian University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Cagayan de Oro College. She is a proud member of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP).
