Carol Alvarado

Carol Alvarado currently serves as the Instructional Design and Knowledge Lead at Roblox. Prior to this role, Carol held various positions at Amazon, including Senior Learning Experience Program Manager at Amazon Go, Senior Leadership Learning Program Manager and AWS Customer Service Curriculum Developer at Amazon Web Services, HR Services Senior Instructional Designer, and various roles in instructional design and training development. Carol has a background in Theatre Studies from Conservatorio de Castella and is currently pursuing further education at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
