Connor Skennerton

Connor Skennerton has a strong background in bioinformatics and data engineering, having worked in various roles in companies like Roblox, Pendulum Therapeutics, Second Genome Inc., and Caltech. With a PhD in Microbial Ecology from The University of Queensland, Connor has excelled in roles such as Senior Software Engineer, Senior Data Engineer, and Postdoctoral Fellow. At Caltech, Connor served as the senior bioinformatician for a microbial ecology research program, where Connor developed a SQL database containing millions of proteins integrating various types of data.
