Irina Tolstova is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across several prominent technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Roblox since October 2024, Irina previously held the position of Design Director at Twitch, where significant team expansion and strategic vision were prioritized to enhance consumer experiences and innovation. Irina's earlier roles include Lead Product Designer at both Twitch and Western Digital, where contributions included developing comprehensive design systems and driving revenue growth through innovative monetization products. Irina began a career in design at Aeria Games GmbH, leading teams to create impactful marketing materials for multiple product launches. Irina holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
