Jin Guo

Jin Guo is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in building and managing recruitment functions across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Roblox since March 2021, Jin Guo focuses on establishing the Luobu/Roblox China & India Office in collaboration with hiring managers. Prior to this role, Jin Guo worked at PING AN from July 2018 to February 2021 in Recruitment Management, supporting the Center of Technology at Ping An Bank to develop an advanced Core System for Credit Card services. Additionally, from June 2016 to May 2018, Jin Guo was a Technical Recruiter at ThoughtWorks, where efforts were directed toward building the ThoughtWorks Shenzhen Office alongside the Office Principle. Jin Guo holds a Bachelor of Management degree in Labour and Social Security from Northwest University and has recently completed Social Talent Online Training.
