Liuyang Li

Liuyang Li is a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in infrastructure management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Roblox since May 2023, Liuyang focuses on networking infrastructure. Prior to this role, Liuyang worked at Airbnb as an Engineering Manager from May 2018 to May 2023, where collaboration with infrastructure teams was key to delivering the company’s cloud foundation. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Engineering Lead/Manager at Addepar from June 2014 to May 2018, where Liuyang built and led infrastructure teams for a financial platform, and earlier positions at StumbleUpon, Amazon, and EMC, focusing on software engineering and product development. Liuyang holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Alberta, where studies took place from 2006 to 2009, and also participated as a visiting student in Computer Science at the same university in 2004 to 2005.
