Natalie Strickler

Natalie Strickler serves as the Senior Director and People Business Partner Lead at Roblox since September 2022, after holding the position of Director in the same department. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Human Resources Business Partner at JLL Technologies and Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Imperva. Strickler orchestrated HR and talent management programs at Summer Search and led talent management strategies at Taproot Foundation. Early in the career, Strickler managed a cultural exchange program at InterExchange, Inc., and developed HR strategies at Qualcomm. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University.
