Neil Gupta is an experienced engineer and manager with a diverse background in technology and startups. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Roblox, Neil leads various teams including Trust & Safety and Infra within the Roblox Communities organization, facilitating the scaling of Guilded. Previously, Neil was a software engineer at Guilded, which was acquired by Roblox, and founded the smart home company Hiome, recognized with a Y Combinator Startup School Grant. Neil held engineering management roles at Instructure, focusing on rearchitecting the Canvas LMS for scalability, and contributed to the development of applications and services at several other companies, including Eligo Energy and Tabule.
