Richard Mosher

Richard Mosher serves as the Chief Privacy Officer and VP Deputy General Counsel at Roblox since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Wind River, where Richard worked from March 2019 to August 2021, as well as Head of Corporate Development and Special Counsel at Ring, an organization acquired by Amazon. Mosher has held senior legal positions at Icontrol Networks, Meru Networks, Actian Corp., and SNOCAP, participating in significant acquisitions by major companies such as Comcast, Fortinet, and Nokia. Mosher began legal career as an associate at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley and McGlynn, McLorg & Ritchie. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Political Science from UC San Diego and a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
