Shan He

Shan Shan is a Senior Data Scientist at Roblox since April 2022, focusing on building social connection features for users. Previously, Shan worked at Meta as a Senior Research Data Scientist from January 2019 to March 2022, where responsibilities included leading a data science team for privacy solutions and improving data tooling infrastructure. In 2018, Shan contributed to product analytics at Thumbtack, partnering with teams to enhance user engagement. Shan's earlier experience includes roles as a Data Analytics Consultant at PwC and an Analytics Consulting Intern at PwC, as well as research assistance at the University of Michigan and a Business Intelligence Internship at Foxconn. Shan holds a Master of Information and Data Science from UC Berkeley and dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Industrial and Operations Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
