Zachary Kiehl

Zachary Kiehl is a Principal Operations Engineer at Roblox, starting in October 2023. Previously held the position of Senior Staff Reliability Engineer at Twitter from October 2011 to November 2022, where responsibilities included incident management, system and application monitoring, and overseeing the CM/postmortem lifecycle, along with acting as a fledgling people manager. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Administrator at Verizon from September 1997 to September 2009 and at ANS Advanced Network Services from 1997 to 1999. Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Michigan between 1992 and 1996.
