Noam Rand is the Co-Founder and CEO/CPO of RoboDeck, a company that is transforming the $78 billion surface refinishing industry through the use of AI-powered robots for autonomous surface maintenance and refinishing. Prior experience includes participation in HAX hardware accelerator program, which supports pre-seed hard-tech startups, and a role at Israeli Military Intelligence as both Product Manager, where advanced subterranean detection technology was developed, and as Mechanical Design Engineer, focusing on rugged electro-mechanical systems for military applications. Noam Rand holds a degree from Reichman University.
