Emmanuel Onu

Emmanuel Onu, PhD, is an experienced software engineer and educator with a strong background in full-stack development, machine learning, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Lead Full-Stack Engineer at TeraWatt Infrastructure, Emmanuel contributes to the development of tools for extracting OCPP data essential for electric vehicle infrastructure. As a Full-Stack Web Development Instructor at RoboGarden Inc., improvements to course content and training in web and mobile application development have been achieved. Emmanuel's previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at Vena Solutions, Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and Senior Software Engineer at CypherCrescent Limited, showcasing expertise in software integration, public API development, and cybersecurity projects. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Calgary, along with Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science.
