Troy Mccanna

Troy McCanna currently serves as Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations and Chief Security Officer at Robotic Assistance Devices since January 2022, where the focus is on delivering advanced robotic security solutions while reducing security costs. Additionally, Troy McCanna is a Commissioner at the Detroit Crime Commission. Previously, extensive experience at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from April 1999 to December 2021 includes roles such as Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Coordinator/Supervisor and Special Agent, overseeing multi-jurisdictional investigations and managing security liaisons with major sports organizations. Early career positions include serving as a Police Officer with the E. Cleveland Police Department and as a Parole Officer with the Ohio Adult Parole Authority. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University and Special Agent Certification from the FBI.
