Quinn Thomson

Quinn Thomson began their career in 2004 as a Technical Assistant at Hunterwood Technologies. Quinn held this position for three years until 2006, when they moved to IMV Projects as a Project Coordinator. In 2008, Quinn took on the role of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary. In 2014, Quinn joined Robots and Pencils as an iOS Developer, where they developed iOS apps for their own products and client companies. Quinn also served as iOS Craft Steward, Associate Practice Lead, and iOS Guild Lead. As Mobile Practice Lead, Quinn oversaw all mobile development talent and projects at Robots & Pencils.

Quinn Thomson completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Calgary from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a MASc in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2008 and a BASc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto in 2007. In 2017, Quinn obtained the P. Eng. certification from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
