Paul Holencik started their work experience as a Summer Laborer at Lytle's Transfer and Storage in 2007. In 2008, they interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and later worked as a TechDesk Advanced Support at Bucknell University, where they troubleshooted and repaired hardware and software for approximately 4000 students. In 2009, Paul interned as an IMLP Intern at GE Transportation, and in 2010, they served as an Early Identification Intern at the same company. From 2010 to 2011, Paul worked as an Intern at ASET Solar.

In 2011, Paul joined Accenture as an Analyst and expanded the functionality of key business objects, established himself as an expert for a customized item costing solution, and became a key contact for the sales and manufacturing order team. Paul also leveraged their SQL skills to assist with development testing and created training documentation for a sector of the client's business. In 2013, Paul was promoted to a Business and Systems Integration Consultant, where they developed a customized solution for an international steel corporation, managed a team of 11 client and Accenture resources, and facilitated testing efforts for timely business segment deployment.

From 2016 to 2019, Paul served as a Technology Consulting Manager at Accenture, leading an international team through multiple testing cycles for an Oracle on Premise to Cloud project. Paul also ensured documentation standards were upheld and led the Business Analyst Team in an ERP Implementation. From 2019 to 2022, Paul continued their role as a Technology Consulting Senior Manager at Accenture, where they ensured backlog refinement, made decisions to support scrum team work, and kept the client leadership updated on key blockers.

In 2023, Paul joined Accenture Federal Services as a Technology Consulting Senior Manager, leading the Business Analyst Team in an ERP Implementation using Agile Delivery Methods and maintaining appropriate backlog refinement. And in the same year, they started working as a Business Application Manager at Robroy Industries.

Paul Holencik attended Bucknell University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
