Beverley Christopher

Beverley Christopher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations and talent strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Global Operations at Roc Search since August 2019, Beverley leads operational strategies across offices in the UK, US, and Germany to enhance efficiency and support growth. Previously, at SThree plc from July 2010 to May 2019, Beverley held various senior roles including Partner and Global Head of Operations, driving talent acquisition initiatives and implementing global programmes focused on diversity and engagement. With a background in organisational development at Real Staffing Group and Huxley Associates, Beverley has successfully managed significant change initiatives and talent development programmes. Beverley also has foundational experience in legal management from K5 Management and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Birmingham City University.
