Alex Beagent

Alex Beagent has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2005, they started as a Technical Support Analyst at Nimbus, providing technical support for Nimbus Control software and IT support for internal staff. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Nimbus, where they were responsible for deploying Nimbus Control across Europe and North America, managing installations of various sizes and integrating the software with existing systems. In 2011, they joined TIBCO Nimbus as a Process Management Consultant, supporting customers with process management initiatives primarily in the pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors. They worked on projects related to regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, quality management, and process governance. In 2014, they moved to Sparta Systems as a Delivery Consultant, involved in all phases of implementations of the TrackWise quality management system. They analyzed and documented customer requirements, installed and configured the system, and provided training. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at TIBCO Software as a Senior Solutions Consultant. Finally, in 2015, they joined Roc Technologies as a Senior Business Consultant.
