Hamzah Ali Hussain has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Hamzah Ali is currently working as a Network Operations Center Engineer at Roc Technologies, where their responsibilities include event management, incident handling, and customer communication. Previously, they worked as a DC Services Engineer at Pulsant, providing data center support to customers. Hamzah Ali also has experience as a NOC System Engineer at iomart, troubleshooting technical issues and installing data floor equipment.
